How is one-on-one personal training different then an annual gym membership? Hopefully the following will answer a few questions.

1. COMMITMENT By given the opportunity to pay on a per session basis, you will NEVER have to lock yourself in a long term contract like many gyms require. In other words, you are only paying for what you use, which can be as seldom or as often as you like. |

2. TIME Let's face it - none of us have time to exercise right? WRONG!! We are all busy, but until we make it a priority, we will never have the "time" for it. By keeping a regularly scheduled appointment with your trainer, you will be much more inclined to meet it! |

3. KNOWLEDGE With a staff coming from highly educated backgrounds, you can be sure you are always receiving proper and knowledgeable advice. |

4. GOAL SETTING Aside from setting goals within the training sessions, you will also work with your coach to set goals outside of your sessions. It could be as simple as wearing a pedometer, taking the stairs at work, or not eating fast food for a week, but one small step at a time you will start incorporating health activity into your daily living. |

5. ACCOUNTABILITY Meeting one-on-one on a regular basis will help ensure you are constantly meeting your goals and expectations. |

6. INTIMIDATION We are not all ultrafit marathon runners or bodybuilders, so there is no need for us to try and compete with them in a crowded gym. All your sessions will be in a quiet studio environment with never more than a couple people there at the same time. |
